Terms of Sale

When placing an order through the Cooch-Fashion website, the order is subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.

When you place an order, you will receive an email from Cooch-Fashion confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will only be made when we send you a confirmation by email stating that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. Please note that the contract of purchase will exist between you and Cooch-Fashion Limited only.

Product Information

All products sold by Cooch-Fashion Limited come with the correct labels and packaging. Cooch-Fashion Limited does its best to accurately represent the colours of the item in its images. However, in some cases, the particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colours of products offered on the Web site. Therefore we cannot guarantee the colours shown on the website will be exactly as they appear on the website. If you are unhappy with your order due to the colour, we will exchange or refund your item.

Cooch-Fashion Limited does its best to make sure everything displayed on the website is in stock and available to purchase, occasionally items may have sold out. If a product is sold out it will be shown on the website before an order can take place. If for any reason you make an order when it has been sold out you will be notified by telephone, text or email of any alternatives and or missing items. Cards will only ever be debited for the goods that we send out. If you decide that you don't want to wait for the item to come back into stock, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you.

Prices

Prices on Cooch-Fashion.com are as stated on the website in GBP Sterling and include VAT (15%). Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond Cooch-Fashion's control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.

For overseas customers in Europe and the rest of the world please read the subject titled ‘International orders notice' below before ordering.

International Orders Notice

Please be advised that orders outside the UK may be subject to local taxes, bank charges, import duties or customs charges. Cooch-Fashion Limited is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other counties. Any import duty, customs, bank and local taxes incurred will be paid for by the customer in full. Cooch-Fashion Limited will always mark orders for overseas true to the content and price of what is in the package, Cooch-Fashion Limited will not falsify or provide misleading information in order for the customer to avoid paying any import duty, customs and local taxes. The Cooch website displays its products in GBP sterling. You may be charged a small fee by your bank for paying for an item in GBP sterling. For more information please contact your bank.

Payment

Cooch-Fashion.com uses a secure and safe method of paying for goods on-line. Your information will be safe and secure giving you the freedom to buy goods on our website. We will not use or sell your information to any other parties. All payments must be made by using either a credit or debit card.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it back to us and we will offer you a full refund or an exchange for another item (Of the same price). If you are returning an item, the item must be unworn and not damaged. If they are damaged or have been worn then we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange. You must return it to us within 14 days of the purchase. Please note if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will contact you for payment authorisation.

You can get a full refund or exchange an item within 14 days of the original purchase (exceptions can be made for orders outside of the UK). If you would like to refund or exchange an item please email to Enquiries@cooch-fashion.com with your name and address, your order number, details of the product, reason for return and if you require a refund or an exchange. Once Cooch-Fashion.com has received your email we will then look into the case and send you instructions. Items must be returned to us unworn and as new with original packaging, tags and in a saleable condition. Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid for by you, and you will also have to pay for the postage and packaging to return the item back to you in accordance to the price of postage and packaging.

For refunds please allow 5 - 10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside Cooch-Fashion's control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, we will send a cheque to your billing address.

Please Note: Before sending us back the item for exchange or a refund, please email us at: Enquiries@cooch-fashion.com so that we can give you the delivery address. Please DO NOT send your item back to our PO Box address on the ‘Contact Us' page as Royal Mail don't accept packages from some couriers for PO Box numbers. When you email us we will supply you with an address. It is at your own expense if you send it to the PO Box number on the ‘Contact Us' page and we don't receive it.

Please Note: For sale items, we do not offer refunds. We only exchange sale items. An exchange of a sale item can be made within a 14 day period.

Faulty or Wrong Item

In the unlikely event that a product is either damaged or we have sent you the wrong item please email Enquiries@cooch-fashion.com with your name and address, order number, product details and the reason for returning the item - Either it being the wrong product sent, or a damaged product. Once Cooch-Fashion.com has received your email we will then look into the case and send you instructions.

Cooch-Fashion Limited will then credit the amount applicable to the same card in which you made your original purchase. Cooch-Fashion Limited will also pay the shipping charges for the return for any damaged or wrong items. These charges will be refunded to the card the order was initially placed with. If in any circumstances this is not possible we will send a cheque to your billing address.

Delivery Information and Times

Cooch-Fashion Limited provides three different delivery service's for all orders within the UK and for all overseas orders. You as a customer are able to choose what delivery service you want at the checkout are when you select a product you want to purchase. The delivery time depends on what service you choose (Please see below). Cooch-Fashion Limited only dispatches orders from Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays)

All UK orders and international orders for items held in stock are dispatched either on the same day or the next day depending on the time of the order. Cooch-Fashion Limited uses the Royal Mail to deliver its items to its customers. All dispatched orders are Recorded by the Royal Mail. European and International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International and take between 5-10 working days depending on what country it's being delivered to. However, there may be circumstances beyond Cooch-Fashion's control which cause delay and Cooch cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

Cooch offers the following delivery services:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 days from dispatch

Next Day Delivery: 1 day from dispatch, you will recieve it the next day after the item has been dispatched.

International Delivery: 5-10 days from dispatch, depends on what country the item is being delivered to.

Free Delivery: Cooch offers a free delivery on all orders over £100. If you qualify for this service, you will get a free next day delivery service. (This offer is only available to UK customers)

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. UK orders placed after 9am on a Thursday will be processed and dispatched on the Friday. In some circumstances Royal Mail will deliver these items on the Saturday, but this remains at the control of the postal service and not Cooch-fashion's.

A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Please Note: Free delivery on all orders over £100 is only available to UK customers.

Wholesale
